Original Packaging
Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Policy Details
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
In the case of an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and ship the correct item right away.
The following items cannot be returned: sale/clearance items, intimate apparel, personalized or custom-made products, and items showing signs of use.
We offer free size or color exchanges on eligible items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll process your exchange once the original item is received.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
