Policy Details
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5PM EST will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 2–5 days after your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
We are not responsible for delays caused by: customs clearance, incorrect shipping addresses, carrier delays (USPS, DHL, etc.), or weather and force majeure events.
If you provided an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to make corrections. Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
If tracking shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received your package:
Contact the carrier directly first.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will support a case review.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, depending on warehouse location. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.
